MSK has locations in New York City, New York, and New Jersey. Our goal is to bring top experts closer to you.
You may be able to get breast cancer treatment nearby. This includes surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, clinical trials, and office visits with your healthcare provider.
You can also use telemedicine for some visits to get care from home.
Your care team will work with you to understand your personal choices about your care. You may be able to have some tests and appointments close to home. MSK provides the same level of care at all our locations, from diagnosis to treatment.
When you call, a Care Advisor will help answer your questions and schedule your appointment at an MSK location nearest you.

Do I get to choose the location for my appointments?
We try our best to offer care in a location that’s easiest for you. But MSK offers some services and treatments only at certain locations. We’ll work with you to find the best fit.
You may need a treatment or service that we only offer at 1 location. If so, we can help support you and make it easier to go to your visits.
We’ll try to book appointments at the MSK lung cancer treatment location nearest you. Sometimes, you may need to see your care team and get treatment at other locations. You may also be able to get care with a telemedicine appointment.
Are MSK’s locations accessible?
Your safety and comfort are always our top concern. We want our locations to be welcoming and easy to navigate for everyone.
All MSK locations are accessible by wheelchairs and mobility devices, such as walkers.
We have staff ready to help you with any special needs. If you have any concerns or questions, please let us know. We want to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Does MSK offer language and translation services at all locations?
We will make sure you and your loved ones can communicate with us. Interpreters are available 24 hours a day at all MSK locations.
Our Language Assistance team can translate any language, including sign language.

Is there parking at all MSK locations?
You should not have to worry about finding a parking space when you come to MSK. Our regional locations in New Jersey, Westchester, and on Long Island have free parking. You can also use MSK valet parking at most of our treatment locations.
We have discount parking rates at local parking garages in New York City. Before your first visit, ask our Care Advisors about parking options for that MSK location.
Can I get to MSK’s locations by public transit?
Our locations in New York City are easy to reach. You can use buses, subways, trains, taxis, ride shares (Lyft and Uber), and ferries.
You may need help getting to your appointments. We know you have enough stress without worrying about transportation, too.

Does MSK offer virtual visits or telemedicine appointments?
MSK uses telemedicine visits to bring our quality cancer care closer to you. You can have a telemedicine visit using your computer or smart device.
Our Care Advisors can let you know if a telemedicine visit is possible for your next appointment. You may be able to have a telemedicine visit for a checkup with your MSK healthcare provider.
You can also schedule telemedicine visits for mental health care, nutrition consultations, and other services.
What if I need to travel among MSK locations in Manhattan?
There may be days when you have appointments at more than one of our New York City locations. You do not need to take public transportation to get to them.
MSK has a free patient shuttle service, called the Jitney. This bus gets you and your loved ones to our Manhattan sites.
The Jitney can also pick you up at some of the parking garages to take you to your appointment. We have more information about the Jitney and its daily schedule.
