Ingredients
1 baking potato
2 cups bone broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake potato for 30 minutes, or until flesh gives slightly when squeezed. Let the potato cool, then remove skin.
- Bring broth to a boil.
- Carefully combine the potato and bone broth in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve warm.
