Current Patients
You can pay your hospital and doctor bills using MSK MyChart, our patient portal.
If you have an MSK MyChart account, follow these steps:
- Log into your MSK MyChart account here: MSKMyChart.mskcc.org. If you are not enrolled in MSK MyChart, ask your care team to send you an invitation. You can also go to MSK MyChart and select “Sign up now.”
- Select “Your Menu” at the top left. In the MSK MyChart mobile app, select “Your Menu” by tapping the 3 lines at the top left.
- Choose “Billing Summary.”
If you don’t have an MSK MyChart account, you can still make a payment by visiting the Guest Pay section on MSK MyChart.
To pay bills from January 31, 2025, and earlier, you need to use MyMSK (MSK’s previous patient portal).
- To log in, go to my.mskcc.org in a web browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. The MyMSK mobile app is no longer available.
- Click “Billing” at the top right.
- Click “View and Pay Bills” on the left. You will leave MyMSK and will be directed to our secure payment website, VisitPay.
