I obtained my PhD degree from the Molecular Cancer Biology Program at Duke University, where I worked on microRNA regulation of glioma-initiating cells. I currently work on the molecular and cellular basis for immune evasion of metastasis-initiating cells. I hope my research will contribute to the prevention and treatment of metastasis relapse. In my spare time, I enjoy travel photography, particularly natural landscapes, which brings me peacefulness and happiness.
