Nipum was born in India and grew up in Miami, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, and recently began medical school at Weill Cornell Medical College. She has worked in laboratories at Cornell University, University of Utah, and Harvard University. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and exploring New York.
