ENGRAM (Chen, Choi et al. 2021):

We developed a strategy that convert transcription activation events into genome editing within cells. ENGRAM (ENhancer-driven Genomic Recording of transcriptional Activity in Multiplex) detects transcriptional activation events through enhancer DNA elements, triggering genome editing as a response. Using ENGRAM-based sensors, we can record gene regulation events onto DNA Tape or any other location within the genome.
