I joined Memorial Sloan Kettering as a nurse practitioner in 2011. As a member of the Division of Hematologic Oncology, I have had the pleasure of caring for patients with lymphoma, leukemia, and multiple myeloma. I am involved in all aspects of care for these inpatients, from making chemotherapy orders to evaluating daily tests and interventions, and admitting patients through the Urgent Care Center.
Prior to joining Memorial Sloan Kettering, I worked with patients in the areas of critical care and interventional cardiology – experience that has enabled me to fully grasp what it means to provide for the whole person. As a hematology oncology nurse practitioner, I believe I have been able to translate this insight into improved knowledge and awareness of the needs of my patient population and the complexities of their diseases.

In 2010, I was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. As a recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Nursing Initiative Grant in 2009, I have been a mentor to other nurses as they advance their degrees. I am an active member of many professional associations, and was proud to be recognized by the New Jersey Department of Health in 1993 for excellence in nursing.
