I am a board-certified adult nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of experience. I have been at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) since 1998 and joined the breast service in December 2016. I see patients in our high-risk breast cancer screening program known as RISE — Risk Assessment, Imaging, Surveillance, and Education.
This program is dedicated to the care of patients who are at high risk for developing breast cancer. I work closely with our breast surgeons and focus on providing comprehensive care to patients throughout their journey at MSK.
Prior to joining the breast team, I worked in cardiac surgery, occupational health, primary care, and the academic setting. I have had a love for teaching throughout my career. My public health degree concentration was in disease prevention and health promotion. Now, I support those who are at high risk for breast cancer in making decisions about screening, risk reduction, optimizing their health, and reducing anxiety.
