I am a nurse practitioner (NP) who cares for people with all types of cancer and serious illness. I have advanced certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Advanced Practice Nursing (ACHPN). I care for patients at Memorial Hospital.

When patients meet with me, they’re often concerned about illness or treatment-related symptoms that are affecting their quality of life. Sometimes my patients are struggling with difficult emotions related to their illness. I take the time to listen to my patients’ stories, paying close attention to their fears, concerns, and what is most important to them for their medical team to understand.

It’s important to me that my patients feel understood, and that their values are heard and honored when approaching their medical care.

When I’m not working, I enjoy riding my bike all over the city, spending time in nature, and traveling near and far.
