I joined Memorial Sloan Kettering as an oncology nurse in 2001 and became a Nurse Leader in 2005. During my years at MSK, I have had the opportunity to help care for thousands of people with cancer, and I continue to help shape and improve our patient care services.
As Director of Nursing for the David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, I work directly with medical and administrative staff to plan and oversee the delivery of nursing services to ensure that we provide an outstanding patient experience and excellent clinical outcomes.

I have collaborated with colleagues from across the institution to increase our patients’ access to care by transitioning treatments to the outpatient setting, including in the home. I have also led and supported multiple projects that expanded both the scope of nursing practice and the role of nurse practitioners at MSK. My interest in technology, personal health records, and electronic communication between healthcare providers and people with cancer led me to help develop MyMSK.org and several telemedicine initiatives.
I currently oversee more than 500 staff members and enjoy the opportunity to mentor many of these individuals.
I am an active member in the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and served as President-Elect, President, Past-President, and Director-at-Large of the New York City Chapter from 2007 to 2010.
