I am a skilled and compassionate nurse with more than 40 years of experience. Board-certified in hospice and palliative care, I specialize in caring for people with advanced cancer and for those who are at the end of life.
Throughout my career, I have worked in the full range of care settings, including home hospice, an in-hospital intensive care unit, and an outpatient supportive care office.
My experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center began through its partnership with Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). I currently work on MSK Monmouth’s supportive care service.
Supportive care is sometimes called “palliative care.” It includes ways to help people cope with cancer and its treatment and to manage their symptoms so they can have the best quality of life possible.
I work closely with a team of experienced medical professionals at MSK to provide expert care that matches up with our patients’ priorities and values. My goal is to care for my patients with an individualized and non-judgmental approach. I care deeply about the patients I am called to support and try to treat each of them as if they were part of my own family.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family.
