The Last Wish Program (LWP) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center empowers patients at the end of their lives to donate their bodies for research. The LWP is a rapid research autopsy program, coordinating collection, annotation, and storage of high-quality postmortem tissue samples. The LWP team collaborates with the MSK research community to address fundamental questions in cancer biology, progression, and metastasis, and response and resistance to treatment.
