Description
Musical elements and intentional forms of tai chi are combined to welcome movement, rhythm and release. In this workshop, we will explore different ways to use music with simple movements for deeper breathing, better posture and stress release. Join an MSK music therapist and an MSK mind-body therapist for music, breathing, and tai chi from the comfort of your home.

This class is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.

What to Wear:
- A shirt with an open neck, such as a tank top or button down so you can access the skin of your upper shoulders.
- Comfortable pants (no tight waistband)
You Will Need:
- Comfortable clothes so you can move easily
- A comfortable, quiet place to sit and move
You Must Be Able To:
- Sit and stand comfortably
