Tai Chi in Central Park (series)

Join us for a special in-person series to practice Tai Chi in Central Park! Tai Chi uses ancient techniques in a modern form of moving meditation and mindfulness to strengthen mind, body, and spirit. It includes gentle stretching, balance, and deep breathing. Over six weeks, you will learn the basic concepts, exercises, and techniques of this special form in a beautiful outdoor setting. 

Audience

This class is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.

What to Wear

  • Comfortable clothes so you can move easily.
  • Flat-soled shoes or bare feet.

  • Sit and stand comfortably.
