Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been practiced in China for over 2,000 years and has gained increasing interest in the West over recent decades. At its core, TCM emphasizes the harmonious relationship between the rhythms of nature and the body, mind, health, and illness.
This six-week online series introduces the foundations of TCM and, through this lens, explores strategies for managing cancer-related symptoms such as pain, fatigue, and stress. The series offers practical self-care practices, lifestyle changes, and introduces the qigong practice known as the Eight Pieces of Brocade (BaDuanJin). Participants will learn how to integrate Chinese medical principles to enhance vitality, strengthen the body, and improve overall quality of life.
