Our patient representatives can help you with most complaints, concerns, questions, and requests about your care. We can also put you in touch with an interpreter or a translator if you need one. We are available 24 hours a day, free of charge.

How to contact a patient representative

Anyone can contact an MSK patient representative.

It’s OK if you don’t want to give your name or other details. However, it makes it harder to help you if we don’t have specific information about you. No one at MSK will treat you differently because you contacted a patient representative.
