Naomi Levin is an Assistant General Counsel in the Office of Technology Development.  She is a member of the Pre-Clinical Contracts team.  Naomi joined MSK in 2022.

Prior to joining MSK, Naomi was a Senior Associate in the Trusts & Estates practice group of Barclay Damon LLP, where she represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters.  Naomi is also experienced in the practice of Elder Law, including initial and post-eligibility Medicaid advocacy.  Earlier, Naomi was as an Associate in an Intellectual Property practice, where she participated in all phases of patent and trademark prosecution and maintenance, as well as in IP licensing activities and litigation.

Naomi received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Miami University.  She is admitted to the practice of law in New York State.
