I am a board-certified nurse practitioner with specialized training in the field of supportive (palliative) care. I have cared for people with all types of cancer in both the inpatient (in the hospital) and outpatient (outside the hospital) settings since 2008.

I see patients at Memorial Sloan Kettering Bergen, where residents of northern New Jersey and southern New York can receive compassionate, state-of-the-art cancer treatment and rehabilitation close to their home.

Your oncologist may refer you to see a supportive care specialist like me if you are experiencing symptoms related to cancer and its treatment. When you are in my care, I will assess your symptoms and recommend ways to reduce the physical challenges and emotional stresses that impact your quality of life.

As Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Manager, I supervise more than 30 nurse practitioners and physician assistants in the supportive care, geriatric oncology, and integrative medicine specialty services. I partner with each specialty’s physician, nurse, and administrative leaders to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

In my spare time, I enjoy learning about and traveling to new places, both locally and abroad. I love to experience the people, artistry, and cuisine from all different cultures. In the words of Eleanor Roosevelt, “The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”
