My goal is to engage into the pioneering field of Bioinformatics-aided Cancer Immune-therapy and eventually contribute to the great exploration of personalized medicine. My primary research interest is to utilize machine learning strategies to evaluate the implementation of shared MSI mutations to cancer prevention & immune therapy. In the meantime, I also support the lab research by designing Bioinformatics NGS pipelines including, but not limited to Germline/Somatic Variant Calling, Copy Number, Bulk/Single-Cell RNA-seq etc.
