As we forge through this crisis, MSK is committed to delivering exceptional cancer care while maintaining your safety. There's a couple of things you need to know, prior to your appointment. About a day or two prior to your appointment, you'll receive a phone call from your doctor's office. An assistant will ask you questions regarding symptoms of COVID-19. If you have any symptoms, we'll arrange for testing. If you don't, you'll proceed to your appointment. All of our patients will be provided a mask, and we ask that our patients and our staff wear those masks at all times. You'll notice that social distancing is a top priority, and hand sanitizers are located around the elevators and in all clinical locations. Lastly, telemedicine has become an integral part of the care we deliver. Many of our patients are receiving our care in the comfort of their own homes.
