What I Do at MSK

Get To Know Me

I am a board-certified radiologist with expertise in brain, head and neck, and spine imaging. I also have a background in cancer imaging of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. My research interests focus on advanced brain tumor imaging. I began my medical training at MSK as a medical intern, spent significant time here as a resident and fellow, and decided to return in 2017.

The atmosphere of clinical and research excellence at MSK is unparalleled. I work with my clinical colleagues to ensure that patients receive outstanding cancer imaging. This is important for providing accurate diagnoses and tailoring future treatments. Additionally, with a background in healthcare economics, I plan to study how future changes in health policy will affect our patients’ access to quality healthcare and imaging services.

I serve as Director of Radiology at MSK Bergen, our newest regional network facility. When the facility opens in 2018, our focus will be on providing comfortable, convenient, and timely imaging services for our patients. Our radiology team will work closely with our oncology, radiation oncology, and surgical colleagues to optimize and expedite our patients’ clinical care.

My Role at MSK

A radiologist is a doctor with special training in using imaging to diagnose and treat disease. Imaging includes X-rays, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
