Jennifer R. Cracchiolo, MD
Head and Neck Surgeon
My Role at MSKWe post reviews for MSK healthcare providers who have at least 30 patient experience surveys completed. If you do not see reviews for a provider, it may be because they do not yet have enough survey responses, or the provider may not be part of the group of healthcare providers included in the survey.
Only outpatient providers are included in the survey. Healthcare providers who only work in the hospital or in urgent care are not included in the survey. Pathologists or researchers who do not provide direct care to patients do not have reviews.

About Me
- Associate Attending Surgeon
I am a surgeon who has expertise in treating head and neck cancer. These include skin cancer, salivary cancer, throat cancer, and mouth cancer. I have extensive experience in using minimally invasive techniques to provide my patients with the best possible functional and cosmetic outcomes.
My practice is located in Manhattan and Memorial Sloan Kettering Westchester.
Treating head and neck cancer is an involved process that can affect some of the daily activities we value most, like eating and speaking. While it is my top priority to treat and cure these diseases, I am also committed to helping my patients maintain their quality of life. I work closely with a team of world-renowned experts in radiation oncology, medical oncology, reconstructive surgery, molecular biology, and immunology to provide my patients with options that will help them look and feel like themselves before, during, and after their treatment. I am leading the development of MSK’s head and neck patient-reported outcomes program. This involves asking our patients specific questions about their surgical experience, which, in turn, helps us provide more personalized care based on what is most important to them. Our patients are at the center of everything we do, and this program is another way for us to ensure that we are providing the best care possible. Receiving a head and neck cancer diagnosis is a life-changing experience. Patients and their families need to make decisions while considering a lot of complex information. I am honored to work with and care for my patients as they face the challenges of their disease.
A head and neck surgeon is a doctor with special training in surgery on the head and neck. This includes the larynx, lips, mouth, nose, salivary glands, and throat.
