Get to Know Me

I am a cardiologist with expertise in advanced echocardiographic imaging. My goal is to ensure that patients at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) have access to the highest level of cardiac care while receiving treatment for their cancer. I work closely with the oncologists, surgeons, and radiation oncologists at MSK to support and optimize the cardiovascular health of patients during their cancer journey.

I also have extensive experience in taking care of patients with AL amyloidosis (also called systemic light chain amyloidosis or primary systemic amyloidosis). I collaborate with our amyloid hematology/oncology team to provide cardiology consultation for patients with cardiac amyloidosis.

My clinical research focuses on developing novel echocardiographic modalities to serve as a marker for diagnosis, prognosis, and response to treatment in patients with heart disease that is related to cancer or cancer therapy. A major focus of my work is developing strategies to support the early identification of cardiotoxicity and treatment to minimize cardiac damage.
