I specialize in the diagnosis and management of infectious diseases. At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, I care for patients with a wide range of infections that are known to occur in individuals with weakened immune systems, such as patients with cancer, as well as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
I work to prevent healthcare-associated infections from developing and spreading among patients and staff. Additionally, I am passionate about medical education and enjoy working with and teaching medical providers across all levels of training.

Despite device issues we were able to communicate and Dr. Laracy was patient and excellent with follow up regarding difficulty in obtaining prescription antibiotics.

I was pleased by how much both Dr's listened to my input and answered my questions. They left the options open in the event I needed to discuss future problems. I was very comfortable talking to them. The Infectious Disease Specialists in my area wouldn't even agree to see me.
