Everything was wonderful on the clinical side but the initial scheduling of my doctor's appointments were challenging. The new patient call rep said that a new software system was just implemented but it took close to a total of about one and a half hours on the phone just to get two appointments. The rep was very nice and courteous and everything, but it was kind of ridiculous that it took that long. They also were not knowledgeable about telehealth appointments as some of the difficulty in scheduling was to coordinate appointments at a location closer to me, but it turns out that I could just have a telehealth appt and not need to drive to the office for an in-person appt. I had asked for a telehealth appt from the start but they said they could not schedule telehealth appts. It's only after the appts were scheduled that I called the staff from the actual Dr.'s office and they said that it could be scheduled as a telehealth appt. So all of that time could have been spared if there was better communication and/or knowledge of telehealth appt scheduling.

The Radiation team, 4 people, was fantastic!! They were courteous and professional.

Dr. Laplant is not my regular Dr. He was likely covering for Dr. Zinovoy while she was away. I felt very rushed through the appointment. A bit of a disappointment since I just began radiation that week.
