Get to Know Me

I am a medical oncologist with a clinical practice that is devoted solely to the care of patients with breast cancer.

My research activities are focused on the clinical development of new therapies for the treatment of breast cancer, with a particular emphasis on evaluating targeted biological anticancer agents. Currently, I am involved in phase I and phase II clinical trials to evaluate novel anti-HER2 therapies. I am very pleased with Dr. Modi. She's an expert at what she does and she's given me, you know, the best of care and I'm happy to have that. One thing that is a problem is that she's extremely busy, hesitant, and when I visited with her, I don't know that she had read all my information and, you know, I kind of filled her in, but she was reading it as we were speaking as well. So that was a little bit, but I know she's a busy person and she did read it all thoroughly anyway. And that was something that just kind of unsettled me because, you know, I just thought that she hadn't, you know, knew and could remember that what I had gone through, you know, a little bit
