Storm Horine, MD
Anesthesiologist & Pain Management Physician
My Role at MSKWe post reviews for MSK healthcare providers who have at least 30 patient experience surveys completed. If you do not see reviews for a provider, it may be because they do not yet have enough survey responses, or the provider may not be part of the group of healthcare providers included in the survey.
Only outpatient providers are included in the survey. Healthcare providers who only work in the hospital or in urgent care are not included in the survey. Pathologists or researchers who do not provide direct care to patients do not have reviews.

My clinical interests include the treatment of cancer-related and non-cancer-related pain with a focus on interventional procedures and medications, such as nerve blocks, neurolytic blocks, radiofrequency ablation, nerve stimulation, and intrathecal drug delivery systems. I also supervise and teach our medical students, residents, and fellows the principles of pain medicine and anesthesiology.
I completed my medical school degree and anesthesiology residency at the University of Michigan, where I was a chief resident in my final year. I then sub-specialized in pain management at the Weill Cornell Tri-Institutional Pain Fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell, Hospital for Special Surgery, and MSK.
