This is the first time I have been attended to by this provider. It would be good if my records, complete records from Sloan Kettering with respect to dermatology would have all been included in whatever file they had because it seems like some of the nurses were mixed up over what I had in the past or the provider. It seems like I was compartmentalized just into a body scan for my visit, but there are other dermatological aspects of myself that should have been included with the other documentation. So next time I come for a visit, it would be very good if all of my records in dermatology are made available to the providers in dermatology being attended to me. Now I'm speaking specifically with respect to this annual body scan. Thank you very much.
