Get to Know Me

I am a board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologist with experience and expertise in all types of breast imaging and interventional procedures such as breast localizations, which are procedures used to mark the breast before breast surgery, and breast biopsies.

Since completing medical school in 2001, I have trained and worked at major academic centers in the tri-state area, taking care of patients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. I work with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and researchers who collaborate and work together to advance the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and other breast conditions for our patients.

During my formative years of radiology training, I witnessed a close family member go through a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. This experience made me understand the anxiety and stress of going to a doctor’s visit and navigating today’s complex health care system. Besides offering timely and accurate breast imaging interpretation, I strive to treat all my patients with compassion and respect, and to always try my best to support them through a difficult period of their lives.

I have also learned over the years through my own family’s and other patients’ experience that the quality of care received at a medical facility can have a significant impact on a patient’s outcome. It is crucial to have an excellent team of care providers who work well together. It is also important to have access to advanced imaging equipment and treatment protocols, as well as to the latest research trials and drugs in development. At MSK, we can offer this to patients through excellent patient care and innovative research.

I am excited about the ability to deliver superb, seamless patient care at MSK’s regional office in Westchester, New York. Patients receive the same level of expert diagnosis and treatment as the flagship locations on the Upper East Side closer to their home.

As a faculty member at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, my goal is to continue pursuing excellence in patient care and work with other clinicians to provide the most up-to-date breast cancer diagnosis and treatment options.
