Current Research Interest

Charlie joined the Epidemiology and Biostatistics department in the summer of 2021. He is currently collaborating with Ray Baser to assess the quality of life (QoL) in patients who have exhausted their cancer treatment options. Charlie is also involved in the AACR Project GENIE BPC including testing the development of an R package. He provides statistical support for a variety of projects at MSKCC. In addition, he is interested in mathematical statistics and the application of machine learning in the field of public health.
