Jessica Kenney joined the Molecular Epidemiology Laboratory as a Research Assistant in March 2018. She contributes to studies by testing genetic and phenotypic markers in relation to cancer risk and progression.
Jessica holds a BA in Biology from Hofstra University. Prior to joining the Molecular Epidemiology Lab, she worked as a Research Technician in the Precision Pathology Biobanking Center at MSK for over a year. Before coming to MSK, Jessica worked for 13 years in the Robbiani and Derby labs at the Population Council in the Rockefeller University campus. She conducted HIV and AIDS research working on macaque efficacy studies of microbicide development and the transmission of HIV and HSV-2.
Jessica is very excited to apply her lab experiences to the field of Epidemiology.
