Our goal, in partnership with the Marie-Josée and Henry R. Kravis Center for Molecular Oncology (CMO), is to catalyze the rapid modeling and functional and translational characterization of patient alleles in highly representative in vivo models of disease. We are developing genomic and computational approaches that combine unique technologies, novel analytical methodologies, and comprehensive data management resources to support the work of the Center for Precision Disease Modeling. Our staff has expertise in genomics, bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, computer science, and computational oncology.
