- Penn Station: Trains from New Jersey Transit, Amtrak, and Long Island Railroad go in and out of Penn Station.
Metro North trains go to the Bronx, Westchester, and Connecticut.
New Jersey Transit trains go to New Jersey.
Long Island Railroad trains go to Long Island.
Amtrak trains go nationwide.
