Andrea Marino is Lead Assistant General Counsel in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Office of Technology Development. She heads OTD’s legal team specializing in pre-clinical research-related agreements. She joined MSK in July 2022.

Prior to joining MSK, Andrea served at Bristol-Myers Squibb as transactional counsel in support of agreements related to research for global drug development. Andrea’s previous in-house roles include general counsel & corporate secretary for special hospital Matheny Medical and Educational Center, legal & risk counsel for Autism Speaks, and secondments at The Broad Institute and Amneal Pharmaceuticals. In her early career, Andrea was a law firm corporate transactional attorney for institutional clients, closely-held businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups, with practice areas that included mergers & acquisitions, corporate transactions and financing, commercial agreements, and securities and banking regulation.

Andrea has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Villanova Law School, and a Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate from Stanford University.
