Joylyn Barker-Blackman is a Contracts Specialist in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Office of Technology Development.  She is a member of the Pre-Clinical Contracts unit in OTD’s Legal group.

Prior to joining MSK in 2021, Joylyn spent eight years as a paralegal working for a number of law firms including, most recently, David A. Gallo & Associates LLP. 

She graduated from the University of Guyana with a B.S. in Economics.  She holds a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
