Rachel Hines is a life-long New Yorker and Contracts Specialist in the Office of Technology Development. She works on clinical contract negotiations and joined OTD in 2022.
 
Rachel’s prior experience includes personal injury defense litigation, employment law, and healthcare law experience at companies including New York City Transit Authority, Fidelis Care, and Healthfirst.
 
Rachel graduated Cum Laude from the New York City College of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Legal Assistant Studies.
