In this video, we’ll show how to join your MSK Telemedicine visit on your smartphone or tablet.
We’ll email you a link to your visit 3 days beforehand and again 2 hours before it’s scheduled to start. We’ll also send the link in a text message, if you’ve chosen to let us text you.
You don’t need to download anything for your visit. MSK Telemedicine opens in your web browser.
Most people planning to use a smartphone or tablet for their visit find it easiest to get to their visit from the link in their email or text messages. You can tap the link at any time.
After you do, you’ll see this screen. If you’d like to see the text in a language other than English, tap the globe icon and choose the language you prefer.
If you have a MyMSK account, tap “Sign in with MyMSK,” enter your MyMSK username and password, and tap “Log in.” If you can’t remember your information, tap the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” link and follow the instructions.
If you don’t have a MyMSK account, tap “I’m the patient,” or if someone is with you and helping you, they should tap “I’m currently with the patient.” Enter your date of birth and tap “Sign in” to log in.
You can also get to your visit through your MyMSK account, if you have one. This can be helpful if you want to change the email address or phone number we send your telemedicine visit links to.
Visit my.mskcc.org, enter your username and password, and tap “Log in.” Tap the plus sign next to “Appointments.” You’ll see all your upcoming visits.
If your telemedicine visit is within 1 day, you’ll see a “Start Telemedicine Visit” button. Tap it to go to your visit.
If your visit is more than 1 day in the future, you’ll see a button to confirm your appointment instead. To get to your visit, tap “More,” then “Show Details.” You’ll see a link to go to your visit. You’ll also see links to add the visit to your calendar, update your contact information, and invite others to the visit.
