Eileen Flowers, PhD, is a Director of Technology Development and Licensing in the Office of Technology Development. Her responsibilities include supervising two members of OTD’s Technology Management and Commercialization team. She joined Memorial Sloan Kettering as a Licensing Manager in 2015 and most recently served as Associate Director, Business Development & Licensing.

Previously, Eileen was a Vice President on the biotechnology equity research team at Jefferies from 2011 to 2015, focusing on oncology and rare diseases companies. She has also served as an equity research associate covering specialty pharmaceuticals at Piper Jaffray and a medical writer at BGB Communications, where she worked with pharmaceutical industry clients.

Eileen received her bachelor’s degree in biological studies from Columbia College in 2003 and her PhD degree in cellular, molecular, and genetic studies from Columbia University in 2009.
