Dr. Fei’s research interests are in the development of latent class analysis methods for longitudinal and time-to-event data, and for microbiome data preprocessing and data analysis. Dr. Fei provides statistical support for the Shouval Lab in complex clinical data analysis and multimodal data analysis.
